Black Hebrew Israelites are persons of specific African decent who believe they are the descendants of ancient Jews. They incorporate the religious beliefs and practices from both Christianity and Judaism, though they have created their own unique interpretation. Some go so far as to prioritize this natural family tree over the fundamental requirement that only those who believe in and follow Jesus (Y’shua) are actually Israel as the Apostle Paul teaches in Romans Chapter 11 (Grafted Into Israel).
